Give Powerful Readings
Next Delivery: Brighton/Hove on Wednesday 23rd February 2011, 6.30-9.30pm.
It’s not enough to sit typing in your garret and trust your genius will be discovered. Successful writers know that writing is only half the job. The other half is putting yourself out there, and delivering your work with confidence, verve and style.
Fear of public speaking is the most common social phobia, affecting 20% of the population. And even if public speaking in general is not a problem, many writers feel deeply anxious about reading their own work.
In just three hours, we will take you through a process which enables you to:
* eliminate reading anxiety
* connect with your words
* connect with your audience
* deliver your work confidently
* become a more powerful communicator
We guarantee at the end of the training you will come away with
* the confidence to read well in public
* an instant method for calming down before you read
